Returns

This ergonomic office chair is designed to deliver maximum comfort and support during long working hours. It features a height-adjustable lumbar support system to promote proper posture, along with a rotatable, height-adjustable, and detachable headrest for personalized neck support. The seat is padded with high-density foam for exceptional comfort, while the breathable mesh fabric keeps you cool by reducing sweating and overheating. With a reclining range of 90° to 135° and an extendable footrest, it offers the flexibility to relax when needed. The chair also includes a smooth class-three gas lift for adjustable seat height, along with swivel wheels and a rotating seat for effortless mobility. Finished in sleek black, it’s made from durable mesh (100% polyester), foam, and plastic. Assembly is required.

Overall dimensions are 62W x 62D x 116–128H cm, reclining dimensions are 62W x 148D x 96–104H cm, and the seat measures 50W x 50D x 45–57H cm. Armrest height to seat is 24 cm, and the back measures 47W x 73L cm. The chair supports up to 120 kg. 

UK deliveries

We currently offer free delivery throughout the UK on all orders. All orders are dispatched with tracking with an expected 3-5 days delivery, for all enquires please contact us via our Contact Us page. All Orders placed before 11am on weekdays are subject to same-day dispatch, packages are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.

International deliveries

We currently do not offer international delivery, however are looking to extend our reach soon
Returns

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, 
your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@bertjoseph.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at contact@bertjoseph.co.uk.

Damages 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
