Returns

This office massage chair features six vibrating massage points with three modes, three intensity levels, a timer, and three lumbar heat settings for personalized relaxation. Designed for full-body comfort, it reclines up to 135° and includes a footrest. The seat is padded with 13 cm of cushioning and pocket springs, while the 11 cm thick backrest adds extra support. The height is adjustable between 118–126 cm, making it easy to match your desk or work surface. Upholstered in smooth and stylish black PU leather, the chair looks as good as it feels. It sits on five wheels for easy mobility and floor protection. Built with PU leather, foam, and steel, it supports up to 120 kg and requires assembly.

The overall dimensions are 66W x 67D x 118–126H cm, with reclining dimensions of 67W x 148D x 97–105H cm. The seat measures 54W x 49D x 48–56H cm, with a cord length of 1.8 m. The input is 100–240V, 50/60Hz, with a 12V/1A, 12W output. 

UK deliveries

We currently offer free delivery throughout the UK on all orders. All orders are dispatched with tracking with an expected 3-5 days delivery, for all enquires please contact us via our Contact Us page. All Orders placed before 11am on weekdays are subject to same-day dispatch, packages are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.

International deliveries

We currently do not offer international delivery, however are looking to extend our reach soon
Returns

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, 
your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@bertjoseph.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at contact@bertjoseph.co.uk.

Damages 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
